No Show/Cancellation Policy.
Things come up, life happens; unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Business meetings, flight delays, subway breakdowns, project deadlines are a few reasons why you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand that.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please give me as much notice as possible so that I may give your spot to someone else who is waiting for help.
1. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment.
2. Same day cancellations or reschedules will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
3. If you cancel or reschedule via voicemail after closing of the business day preceding your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
4. If you arrive late, you may be asked to wait until there is an opening.
5. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the scheduled service.
6. No show/cancellation charges apply to all patients and may not be billed to insurance

No Show

A patient is considered a no show when he/she has not arrived 30 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. If you are a unable to be seen at your scheduled time, please contact us.  You always have the opportunity to be seen as a walk-in or be rescheduled at a time that is more suitable to your schedule

Late Arrival

A patient is considered late when he/she arrives 30 minutes after their scheduled appointment time.  Patients who are late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule, or be worked into the next available appointment

To best serve our clients we request established patients arrive a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.   New Patients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to complete any required paperwork.
